Okay, before we go down this path you should know that we run things a bit differently at iheartGR.
Our Founder, Tiffany, has taught numerous real estate agents over the course of her career but she always felt something missing in her position as a trainer and later as a Managing Broker of a mega office.
That’s why she felt called to start something different.
This is a Brokerage – but it runS like a team.
It’s our goal to have the best of both worlds:
Mentorship, lead planning, and accountability like a TEAM
Brokerage caps and commission plans like a BROKERAGE
It’s a “Teamerage”
What does that mean for our agents?
It means they should expect business planning with meaningful follow ups. Collaboration, not competition, from other agents in the office, weekly team meetings on project and lead development, and forecasting sales with support to achieve those results.
It also means consistent (done for you) branding, access to the BEST transaction coordinator in the area, a DUES program so those don’t pop up and break agents near Christmas time as well as marketing help for all those awesome ideas.

1) Serve First
This goes back to why we started the Brand in the first place to show off and spotlight our City. We believe that when we first give, everyone wins. Every month we take a day as a team to volunteer at a local non-profit.
2) No Jerks
Seriously. None. Not in our office, not with our vendors, not with clients. One jerk will take up 95% of our brainspace and keep us from serving others with our best.
3) Meet Customers Where They Are
Too often real estate brokerages have relied on clients coming to them. Not us. We realize that in the information age we must first meet the public where they are at and answer questions they are curious about before we can earn their trust, their business or their referrals.
4) Open Access To Information
We know we are no longer the keeper of the keys. The Zillows of the world have given as much information to the public about homes that are available for sale as we can offer. Our primary roles have shifted to advocate, educate, and guide in the process and that’s how we set ourselves apart.
5) Celebrate the Journey
Our clients don’t buy or sell real estate everyday which means this is still a novel experience for them. We take the time to celebrate the journey alongside them and surprise them with WOW-worthy service.
