What We're About

Business

Sure, our socials look like it’s no work and all play around here, but our people have big goals and we know that the best way to achieve them is by working together towards them.

We are so incredibly proud to have reached Top 30 Brokerage status in West Michigan in less than 2 years of opening.

Our agents experience an average of 66% increase in their sales when joining IHeartGR and we regularly meet together in person and online to continue sharpening our skills.

Impact

We believe as Agents we have a mission to serve where we sell which is why we created the Heart GR program.

It’s a tangible way for our office to give our time, talent, or treasure to local housing non-profits.

Additionally, we work to share what makes our area great by featuring other local small businesses on our website and social media. In 2020 we generated over 20M online impressions for local businesses, the majority of which were women or minority owned, at no cost to them!

Hiring Criteria:
IHeartGR connects people to their community with local-first real estate services.

The right candidate will have a healthy appreciation for the Greater Grand Rapids region, is excited about checklists (and crossing things off them), knows or is willing to learn the Google Drive and Dotloop software systems. Previous sales support experience in a real estate office is a plus, but not required.

Getting real – this role is a lot of paperwork while supporting salespeople. Imagine coordinating a school bake sale. You’re in charge of the checklist of baked goods that must be sold, coordinating who’s baking what and when, setting up the gymnasium in an orderly fashion, and reporting the sale’s profits to the Principal afterwards. If that sounds like your jam, this position might be for you.

Important Note: Currently this is a remote, part-time position with some in-person weekly requirements. Depending on growth, this position has the potential to be full-time in the future.

In the cover letter please describe a project you enjoyed working on (even if it’s personal), what the majors steps were to completing it, and why you enjoyed working on it.  Send to iheartgrandrapids@gmail.com for consideration.
